In line with its commitment to orphan and vulnerable children, the “Coeur à keur” Foundation will continue the regular distribution of food in all its partner centers during the 4th quarter of 2025. These distributions aim to ensure a balanced and sufficient diet for the children welcomed, an essential condition for their proper physical and cognitive development. In collaboration with our logistical and nutritional partners, we will ensure that each center receives the necessary food to meet the needs of children throughout the period concerned.
As every year, the “Coeur à keur” Foundation will organize its Christmas festivities in December 2025 for the orphaned and vulnerable children supported by its actions. This moment of joy and sharing, which has become an expected event, will offer children a festive day punctuated by games, activities, a friendly meal and the presentation of gifts. This celebration aims to bring warmth and comfort to those who, too often, are deprived of the magical atmosphere of the end-of-year holidays. By maintaining this tradition, the Foundation reaffirms its commitment to the emotional and social development of children, beyond their basic needs.
The project to renovate the toilets and changing rooms of the Saints Innocents orphanage in Lobogo is an initiative aimed at modernizing and improving the crucial sanitary facilities for the residents of this institution. This action stems from a recognition of the fundamental importance of adequate sanitary conditions for the health, well-being and dignity of the 20 children of this center.
The fence of the Saints Innocents center orphanage in Lobogo, due to its limited height and level of degradation, no longer constitutes a sufficient deterrent barrier. Intrusions and theft attempts have become very frequent in the center. In fact, they are a growing source of concern. The Heart Foundation in Keur wishes to upgrade the fence of the Lobogo center to offer children a safer living space. This will also allow staff to carry out their support activities in a climate of trust. This securing action is essential to ensure a stable and protected environment.
